A dedicated digital controller and signal integrator was designed using radiation hardened CMOS logic, for use in a 16-channel radiometer orbiting the earth. Scan mirror position and rate were controlled by this design, as well as data transfer to the satellite host computer. Low-power and high reliability were essential for this military mission.
